PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposals. The Adams County Board of Commissioners are requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide floodplain administration and permitting services for the unincorporated areas of Adams County, Ohio. The selected firm will assist the County in meeting its responsibilities under the National Flood Insurance Program, applicable FEMA and Ohio Department of Natural Resources requirements, Ohio law, and the County’s flood damage prevention regulations. The County invites all qualified firm(s) to submit Statements of Proposals (RFP) for delivery of the project. Request for Proposals should be submitted to 215 N Cross Street #102, West Union, Ohio 45693 by 9:00 a.m. on November 2, 2026, to be considered.
